How your information is used

What other participants can see

Your name, participant type, designation, company, industry, city, bio, company description, what you're looking for, interests and any public links you add. This is what makes you discoverable to fellow participants.

What stays private

Your phone / WhatsApp number and email address are never displayed in the directory or on your profile. They are shown to another participant only after you explicitly choose to share them in response to a connection request — and only the fields you tick.

Connection requests

When you send a request you consent to sharing the fields you selected if the recipient accepts. The recipient decides which of their fields (if any) to share back. Either party can withdraw shared details later.

WhatsApp notifications

We use WhatsApp to alert you to connection requests and acceptances and to send one-time verification codes. You can switch off networking alerts in your profile settings at any time.

Audit & security

Contact-sharing actions are logged so the organisers can investigate misuse. Passwords are stored using strong one-way hashing. The organisers (Niveshaay) may view participant records to run the event.
